I have been told for years that I have a very unique voice. By both men and women. I’ve had some of my friends call me just so they can let someone else hear my voice. They even call my house phone when I’m at work to let other people hear my message on my answering machine. Some people, friends and just people I meet, say I should get a 900 number. But I don’t want to talk dirty for a living; I think that should be left for the man in my life (smile). Seriously, I am looking for an opportunity to do voice recording for answering services, professorial business, answering machines, etc…. Do anyone have any ideals or possible job leads?

Perhaps look up the Voice Acting Alliance and build up a portfolio of work that you can then use to sell your talents to others. They should also be able to give you some career tips.
