I know you can email them but somtime the response you get back is like a computer generated answer even if a person tyed it in. I believe that customer service would benifit and they would probaly make more money in the long run because of the better customer service. Hell there stock price would go up even. Besides somthing are better answered by a live person you are talking to. I think yahoo should have a phone number for all customers would have questions and want to speak with sombody on the phone. Not just email and they could get aanswer faster in some cases. What do you think.
Isn’t there a way yahoo can still be free and also have better customer service by add a phone number and customer service representives. I know they want to keep cost down but they make there money by advertising and they could use the better customer service.

I agree. In my opinion, the best companies to deal with are the ones that have two customer service numbers: ome for automated help,and one to talk to a real person. Sometimes it’s hard to explain your problem, but e live person may understand what you are trying to say and can help.

Yahoo! does have a phone number for customer service.It is just as useless as the email address.
I once spent 20 minutes on hold,only to be transferred to a foreign country ( India I think ). The person who answered promptly rattled off another number in a soft, heavily accented voice and hung up before I could say a word.

My theory behind this is that they would have to pay too many people to run the phone lines. Yahoo would no longer be free and that would be a very sad day!!!!!!!!! I LOVE using yahoo and don’t mind the stupid little problems that come up since it is free.
