Price for live chat service with operator?
I’m thinking about adding live chat to my business’s webpage, paying for an operator (overseas?) to take the calls.
What are typical monthly rates for such a service?
I looking for answers from those that are using live chat w/ operator service. (paying for the chat and the operator..)

Well, I’ve out-sourced the live chat on my website to an indian company. And I pay them $1000 a month /Rep. I started this out with 2 local guys here in US but been able to run 4 Reps at the same price. And those Indian guys are doing pretty good job when it comes for live chat. I had a very bad experience when I outsourced CustServ – voice, to another Indian company and got screwed. So I took back voice and chat is going pretty good for me..
