HI, Qwest, the major phone company I have and my DSL also, they are playing games with me. I am thinking of switching all to Charter for their packaged deal of TV, DSL and phone. There are many ways to go today and I am living on a small budget. so please consider that when you answer. I’d like to know. Some love charter, some hate it. All I really need is DSL, I can live without the other 2, even a phone, but bundles are usually cheaper. what has your experience been and remember, small budget here thanks
