I am currently doing medical messaging from home (dr.’s answering service), but I am looking more along the lines of medical billing or data entry. I have 2 babies at home and would really prefer to stay home to raise them. And NO, I do not want any sales, commission only, pay first, phony jobs!!!! Thanks to all who can help.
PS: I don’t want any pyramids, licking envelopes, refer-a-friend, sell avon, ameriplan, etc, answer surveys kinda nonsense. I am talking about working for a normal company, but at home.

Look into becoming a medical coder. This type of certification would allow you to freelance, but you would have to invest and the cost may be around $2000.00, well worth the outcome if you want to work from home and make good money without being in sales.
