How do I contact customer service for Bank of America?

live answering service

I was the victim of violent assault in September of 2005. I was admitted to the hospital for a month and thereafter have been living in an assisted living facility. Shortly before I entered the hospital, I reported my Bank of America VISA card lost or stolen. Around Oct. 20, 2006, a new card came in to my possession, however, before Sept. 2005, I owed about $700 and I discovered last night that I owed about $1400. I also discovered that my interest rate was 32%. I was told there was a Victim’s Assistance office and last night and this morning, after 2-1/2 hours on the phone, I was told that an officer from that office was going to answer the phone and talk to me. Could such an officer communicate with me now on-line?

hey go to and on the web on the banks browser there is a tab contacts, click that links and write a detail situations as well as about the charges. You can refused to pay the charges occurred on your statement by filling a separate form which is called “Disputed charges”.There is no live representative on the web,but you can send your message as urgent priority basis to contact address and I am pretty sure your problems of worries will be ended with it.
