I live outside the U.S in Colombia, I can not call by phone it is expensive, Verio never answer my questions by e-mail, what is your experience with verio, I think I took the worst choice.
I used to host all my web sites with Verio. Their customer service is really helpful and I had good experiences with them. They are based in California, and they are expensive… not outrageous, but costly.
I now recommend 2 different hosting companies to my clients:
if you want good customer support for a very fair price go to. They are not the cheapest, but they are inexpensive and very good, and you get all the whistles and bells you need. They are located in Ohio, and their staff is technical and speaks English.
If you want just cheap, and no customer support — I am not saying they don’t have customer support, it’s just that I haven’t really used them for mission critical sites, and therefore know nothing about their customer support –. Super cheap, with the same whistles and bells as JTLnet.
