I am having trouble with a yahoo account and they seem to try not to answer any questions with human interaction. I have been all over the yahoo site and not found any mention of live help.
There is’nt anyone you can talk to.If you have a free account the only assist you can get is thru email,if you can get it then.Only paid account’s can get to them by phone.

You must pick from a menu and spend some time on hold—but when you get an agent, (I found) they are courteous and helpful. Good luck.
