im gettin a new phone from alltell and a phone jus cost to much with out a service aggrement. I live in a small town in kansas and Im moving back to wichita in july but I really need a phone before that so if I do get a phone at alltell can I change towers without haveing to pay 200 to get out a service plan I would jus get a prepaid phone but that shyt is stupid

with a phone plan you should just be able to change your area if you move. i have done it before with Sprint
